New Refund Process
Requirements
As part of the consolidation returns process, we will now be refunding customers globally off the first carrier scan. There will be a delay of 7 days to actually refund the customer and CS will have the possibility to do it instantly before that period from cockpit.

Proposal
Use the OOTB Hybris Process Engine to take advantage of some of its features as retries.
The new process will be in charge of sending the return to NAV, setting the delay and management of the returns in Adyen.

Japan refund process
As our Japanese carrier, Yamato, is not integrated with Narvar yet, the new refund process that we are building will not work for Japan orders as we do not receive the on_its_way trigger from Narvar. Therefore, we have to run the process we run when receiving on_its_waywhen we we receive initiated.
