The returns portal is a digital and operational tool
That will give Rapha greater control over our returns process by improving the customer experience, make it easier to support and drive down costs
Unlike our current returns process that is poor, slow, and offers no operational updates or efficiency
Our Product will provide a market-leading experience for customers and stakeholders

This project is in charge of perform the integration between Hybris and Narvar.

The middleware implementation has been designed following the same criteria used for the integration of Newstore (Eventbridge, Queues, Lambdas, Api Gateway).
